    2. SAMPLE PRODUTCION & REVIEW


    After you place your order, we will begin production of your first sample. Once the sample is ready, we will ship it to you for confirmation or provide detailed pictures of the sample, depending on order quantity.

    MOQ: 10 - We will provide detailed pictures of the sample.

    MOQ: 100 - You will receive a physical sample.

    Sample production time: approximately 1 week

    3. ORDER PRODUCTION


    Once you are satisfied with your sample, we will proceed with full order production.

    Production time: 1–2 weeks (depending on the ordered quantity).

    3.1 REWORK

    In case of rework: If you require adjustments, we will repeat the sample process until your requirements are met. A maximum of one rerun is included. For any additional reruns , an extra €25 per rerun will be charged.

    Please note: Once a sample is approved, no further sample reruns can be requested.

    4. DELIVERY

    Delivery will take approximately 1 week.

    Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight.

To ensure your satisfaction, we include a number of sample reruns with every order. This way, you always have the opportunity to make changes or refine your product’s final outcome.
